Responsibilities:
- Safe and efficient operation of equipment.
- Excellent blueprint and fit-up skills.
- Excellent TIG welding skills with sheet metal and light plate.
- Perform all required quality checks to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
- Using the correct measuring equipment and tools to perform quality checks.
- Maintaining and storing of all tools and inspection tools.
- Optimizing each process to produce the most efficient and productive process possible.
- Maintain fixtures.
- Daily/weekly machine maintenance.
- Participation in continuous improvement processes.
Experience:
- 3+ yrs. Of Tig welding experience with sheet metal and light plate.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to perform basic math skills (fractions, decimals)
- Ability to convert metric to imperial.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Must have own tools.
